Can I try H2BIS before I commit?

Yes. You can start a free trial or book a demo, and you'll be using the real product with your own data before you decide anything. Trial length is set per plan, so the exact number of days is shown on the plan before you start it.

Does the free trial require a credit card?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the plan. Some trials start with no payment details at all; others verify a card up front so the subscription can continue without interruption. Whichever applies is shown on the checkout page before you enter anything, and you are never charged before the trial period ends.

How long does it take to get set up?

It depends on the product and how much data you're bringing with you. A single-location POS or a Business Web site is the quickest to get live. An ERP rollout takes longer because we map it to how you already work, across the modules and locations you actually use. You get a realistic timeline before you commit, and moving your data over is part of onboarding, not a separate project.

Do I need technical skills to use H2BIS?

No. It's built for business owners and small teams, not IT departments. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use H2BIS. And if you get stuck, support is a message away.

Do you support Sinhala or Tamil, or is everything in English?

H2BIS is available in English, Sinhala, Tamil, and Japanese. You pick your language from the switcher in the top bar and it stays with your account, so your team can each work in the language they're comfortable with.

How much does H2BIS cost?

Pricing depends on which product you need and how many people are using it. Every product page lists its plans and prices with monthly and yearly billing, so you can compare before you talk to anyone. Larger ERP rollouts are quoted based on the modules, locations, and users involved.

Can I buy just one product, or do I need the whole suite?

Just one is fine. Each product is its own subscription, so you can start with H2POS or H2HUNT on its own and add the rest later if you need them. Nothing forces you into the full suite.

Do you charge in USD or LKR?

Both. You choose your billing currency, and prices are shown in that currency throughout checkout and on your invoices.

Can I use more than one H2BIS product together, and is there a discount for that?

Yes. Your products sit under one H2BIS account and one login, so your team doesn't need a separate set of credentials for each one. If you're taking more than one product, talk to sales before you subscribe and we'll work out the pricing for the combination you need.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are handled through Stripe, so your card details go straight to them and never sit on our servers. For larger accounts we can invoice you instead and take payment by bank transfer.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

You cancel from the subscription page in your account, without having to phone anyone or explain yourself. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not billed again after that.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays yours. You can export your business data before you cancel, and it isn't deleted the moment your subscription stops, so there's room to come back or move on properly. Ask support and they'll confirm the exact export options and retention window that apply to your plan.

Yes. Stock, sales, and staff are tracked per location, and you can still look at the whole business in one view instead of adding up branch reports by hand. Tell us how many sites you're running and we'll set the structure up with you.

H2HUNT is our AI powered outbound sales platform. It replaces the usual stack of a lead database tool, an email finder, a sequencing tool, and a spreadsheet with one place to find leads, enrich them, and run outreach.

Does H2HUNT work with the email I already use?

H2HUNT sends from your own mailbox rather than a generic shared server, so replies come back to the inbox you already work out of. If you're sending at higher volume, we'll help you set up a separate sending domain and authenticate it properly so your mail lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder.

How many leads or emails can I send per month?

Allowances are set per plan, and the lead and sending limits are listed on each plan before you subscribe. Real-world sending is also shaped by the mailboxes you connect and how warmed up they are, which is deliberate: blasting past what a mailbox can safely send is how domains get burned.

Does H2POS still work if my internet goes down?

H2POS is built for real shop floor conditions, where connections drop in the middle of a queue. How much runs offline depends on how your store is set up, so tell us about your location and connection and we'll confirm exactly what happens during an outage for your setup before you buy.

Can I run H2POS from a phone or tablet, or do I need a fixed terminal?
